What is Metrix Learning?
As part of its SkillUp® Working Solutions Program, Working Solutions has made Metrix Learning® available to all unemployed and underemployed residents of Chenango, Delaware, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, and Otsego, NY Counties. Metrix Learning® is a comprehensive platform that delivers career exploration tools, career pathways, job search tools, assessments, and online skill training. Customers will have the ability to virtually register, update job skills via e-learning courses, track their progress (e.g. course completions, hours, skill badges, etc.) and explore careers.
Our Career Pathways Tool is designed for job seekers to assess their skills, visualize their skill gaps, and re-mediate skills through recommended training. Job seekers choose from 10 sectors representing over 200 occupations and progressively build their skills.

Online courses include audio, video, closed captioning, lectures, simulations, and quizzes and tests in interactive modules. Featuring 7,000+ world-class courses from Skillsoft Corporation. Topics include: Microsoft Office, IT, sales, software, workplace skills, and many more.
